Founded in 2025, G.U.R.T.  Customs is a father-and-son woodworking company led by Sam and Garret Watts. Built on craftsmanship, family, and pride in honest work, every piece we create is custom designed and hand built with care.

The name Gurt come from a childhood nickname given to Garret by his uncle-one that stuck and became part of who he is. Today, it also represents what we stand for: Good, Unique, Rustic, and Trendy- values that guide every project from start to finish.

With over 25 years experience, Sam is a master carpenter with a deep passion for custom, one-of-a-kind pieces. It's Sam's eye for art and detail that brings each project together, blending form and function into truly unique woodworks. Paired with Garret's creativity and hands-on dedication, G.U.R.T. Customs combines time-honored techniques with modern design.
